How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign in" then "Sign up".

The items I want is out of stock.

We do our best to keep up with the demand but some items sell out fast. If you would like to receive notification when the item becomes available again, drop us an email at Info@urbanequipment.com.au or click on "notify me" on the selected item.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number when your order has been shipped and you can track it once signed into your account. 

Can I place an order online and collect it in store?

We now offer free in-store pick up from our Bankstown store. Click this option as you are checking out. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to store to collect. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping at this stage, please email info@urbanequipment.com.au for any special international request.
